The narrow lanes and the vehicles parked in the both sides are the primary barriers for the search and rescue operation. According to NDRF, making way for Ambulance remains a hurdle, and rescuers have to walk long distance to reach the accident site pull people out of the debris.
The tragedy happens after seven killed in Satya Niketan building collapse.
A local resident told NDTV that the building had been under construction for the past three to four months and was not occupied. Only construction workers were present inside at the time of the incident. The owner lives with his family in a rented house, the resident said.
